The goal is not to become a god but to become free from all beliefs and entanglement with thought , there are powers that have a lot of energy but that energy is not free . I seek myself in an hour of respect to my past and creation of my future .

To heal yourself you must go within , external validation feels food and can be supportive but internal acknowledgement and peace is the answer .

To heal yourself you have to be honest with yourself this requires stepping outside of the pain and looking at the reality that’s causing it ❤️

Now I've learned that love needs expression
But I learned too late
