why older women (and possibly women in general?) are more at risk for developing Long COVID than men, imo: - lower overall blood volume - higher propensity for iron deficiency - hormonal effects (throughout cycle and menopause) on clotting factors and endothelial function

my best advice for folks seeing medical experts: find a way to be memorable. preferably with: humor, kindness, preparedness, personality. you want them to remember YOU and remember YOUR CASE. no rudeness though. not the kind of memorable you want to be. #LongCovid #COVID_19
