Some people will disguise their selfish acts as service to others.

Loyalty shouldn’t be self serving.

How will you have a convo with your team or people about the events yesterday?

Your real test is whether or not

you’re willing to make the decision

that might break your heart.

On the other side of that decision

is usually safety and peace.

When you feel like you don’t belong,

That’s usually a sign that you are

supposed to be somewhere else.

Let that feeling show you a new path

and introduce you to different people.

I just want to give you permission

to do things right now,

in this very moment,

that will matter years from now.

Be the loud positive person in the negative situation.

Not only will you win every time, but you’ll bring out the lesson in every situation.

Be the good person someone needs to bring out the good in them.

Your mental, emotional, and physical health should be a priority.

Over any other relationship you have with any thing or anyone.

How dare you be willing to lose your mind over someone that can be replaced?

You have to choose you first.

This year you have cried silent tears,

Big and small personal battles that you’ve won and lost,

While figuring out to adjust to a new world,

And you’re STILL HERE.

Be proud of yourself!

You can’t change anything if you don’t change your thinking.

Let tonight be the last night you talk yourself out of something.

Keep the promises you make to yourself.

You’ll thank yourself later.

what everyone else is doing.

Yea, you said that you need to:

Do that thing or Change that habit,

Stop that behavior or Start that other thing,

But clearly it doesn’t bother you enough

because you’re still talking about it.
