- Expanding into Ohio and hiring the first person there

Reading @lynsie book and I was very surprised to learn about @iwpgh salaries. I don't think that incentives are aligned. Please correct me if this information is inaccurate.

Put together an app for content generation powered by GPT3 for the community to create and share the best tools. Tools are sorted based on the most upvotes.

Knowing how to code opens so many possibilities in your area of interest. It is like traveling to a foreign country. You can function without knowing the local language, but imagine how much better it would be if you can speak. I have experienced the contrast in both cases
