You can’t expect a top 3 exchange to go down in a bear market and people move their capital to another exchange. They move it out. It will be red for a while.

Why it took Binance’ P2P longer time to match up with the price at the parallel/black market is/was because the demand on Binance’ P2P is/was occasionally low. Risk takers took the chance to ‘arbitrage’. Smart.
